Overnight protein weetabix

Crush 2 weetabix in a bowl, add 1 scoop of protein (i used vanilla creme @proteinworks FOXY for discount), 100g soy yoghurt, 100ml water.
Chill overnight and add your toppings 🙂 fruit, peanut butter and choc sauce is always my fave!

Place your hot cross bun in a dish. Mix together 1 scoop of chocolate protein and some water until you have a sauce consistency.
Pour over the top and bake/airfry for 15 mins

Mix:
40g oats
1 scoop protein (i used @proteinworks chocolate silk FOXY for discount)
100g yoghurt (i used @alpro thick greek style)
60ml water
Half a teasp baking powder
Put half the mix in a dish, add 2 big marshmallows and a square of choc. Then put the rest of the oat mix on top
Bake at 180 for 30 mins

in the meantime mix 100g thick vegan yoghurt with 1 scoop of protein (i used the new white chocolate raspberry flavour @proteinworks code FOXY for discount)

Why not try supersetting some exercises…
A superset is where you perform 2 exercises back to back without rest.
Not only can this save time, it can mix up your workouts, help if you are in a plateau and they are great for muscle growth!
Some of the exercises I supersetted today were RDLs and leg curl, leg press and leg extension (luckily my gym was quiet at the time 😅)
