Hey Guys!


When I was really into my blogging, I used to love to write up my weekly favourite things, whether it be new products, recipes or just general news about my life! I thought this would be a great place to start blogging again and keep you up to date!

General News


So this week saw the launch of my new Facebook page “Foxy Fitness” where I hope to share health and fitness tips with you guys and any client transformations 🙂 I am currently trying to lose a few pounds before I go on holiday to Bali in 9 weeks time so the page also contains a lot of selfies!


After using the products myself for over a year I also have some exciting news that I have started to sell Arbonne so if you are interested in finding out more about the products make sure you give me a shout!



Favourite Smoothie of the week

My favourite smoothie of the week is one I keep making lately! The recipe came from the well known Lean in 15 book, however I of course veganised it!


Handful of blueberries and raspberries

3 tablespoon of Alpro Soya yoghurt (to replace Greek Yoghurt)

1 lime

1/2 an avocado

200ml almond milk

*To make this an extra super duper protein smoothie why not add 1 scoop of Arbonne Vanilla Protein powder or a scoop of Whey

Favourite workout of the week


New products Review

This week I had a delivery from My Protein of various things. I was so excited when they started selling varied flavours of Vegan Protein! Whey comes in so many different options nowadays it’s only fair we get some too 🙂


The first sample I have tried of the My Protein Active Women Vegan Blend was the Apple Caramel flavour. I have to say I was disappointed ;( It just didn’t do it for me, the texture was fine for a vegan protein, it mixed well and wasn’t gritty at all. The flavour was more caramelly than I expected but it just didn’t tickle my taste buds. Think I will stick to Arbonne Vanilla for now!

I have always suffered with my workouts that I start off all guns blazing to literally run out of energy half way through, no matter how much pre workout or coffee or motivational speaking I do to myself I run out of steam and seem to hit a wall. The only thing that seems to power me through is good BCAA’s. Since turning vegan it seems impossible to actually find vegan amino’s anywhere ;( I used Optimum Nutrition for ages as I had been informed it was vegan but the company have sadly told me that’s not the case ;(

This week I tried the Watermelon Fermented BCAA’s. To be honest my friend Lauren recommended these to me a long time ago but the pure word “fermented” put me off haha. However I braved it and tried them this week and to be honest I was pleasantly surprised! They taste quite strong but easy to drink and no nasty after taste and they did the trick and gave me a boost to my workout! I would recommend these and would buy again myself!
