Carrot cake oats – vegan recipe

🥕 Carrot cake baked oats 🍰

Serves 1-2

Blend 60g of oats, 20g ground almonds, 5g of chia seeds, 40g of pineapple, 10g of dried dates, some stevia and 60ml of water. Stir in some shavings of carrot. Bake for 25-30 minutes

Leave to cool and add some toppings, I mixed together some dairy free soft cheese and @rawsportofficial protein powder and a dollop of @pronuts_butters carrot cake flavour nut butter 🙂 and drizzled @coconutmerchant vegan honey over the top!
