Greens Quiche

🦊 Greens Quiche 🦊

Serves 4

Preheat oven to 200. Wash and prepare veg.

In a large bowl add 90g of chickpea flour, 10g of nutritional yeast, pinch of salt, turmeric, basil, thyme and 1/4 teasp of baking powder. Add 125ml of boiling water and mix until smooth

Add in your choice of greens I chose 40g of green beans, 50g of peas and 1 spear of aspargus

Bake for 40 mins until golden brown.

Per serving 101 calories, 1g fat, 15.5g carbs and 7.2g protein

I served mind with some kidney beans and samphire in a spicy tomato sauce!
