Blend 50g of spinach, 50g frozen banana, 10g chia seeds, 5g maca, 5g cacao, 100ml almond milk and a scoop of Chocolate Protein Powder. Add any herbs you like, sometimes I add cayenne peoper or chilli powder for a kick, sometimes tumeric for itā€™s health benefits or a lot of times mint for a refreshing choc mint smoothie! –
