Banana Peanut Seitan Recipe

🦊 Banana peanut seitan loaf 🦊

Serves 6

Mash 2 ripe bananas, add 210g of vital wheat gluten, 50g of chickpea flour, 1/2 a scoop of @rawsportofficial, 40g of nut butter – I used @pronuts_butters gingerbread (use code #hot15 for discount) , 1/2 a tablespoon of baking powder, cinnamon and 300ml of boiling water! (You can add stevia/ flavour drops of you would like sweeter).

Bake for 40 minutes, tastes amazing warm!
