Leg Curl

Technically meant to be going as heavy as possible right now to build muscle but with my hip and back feeling dodgy, i kept it light today and did lots more stretching! All ready for a beast of a leg sesh tomorrow!

Did you know if you flex your toes on the hamstring leg curl machine, it focuses more on your hams (sometimes I feel it in my calves so this is great for stopping that)

Tried standing leg curl using the leg extension machine as the cables were busy but my feet positioning always messes up šŸ™ˆ I am guessing this stems from tight hips too. –

This is exactly why I film my workouts. I may be a qualified personal trainer but I am nowhere near to perfect. Form matters most over anything else! And yes I do heavy lifts I just like to keep my workouts varied too šŸ™‚ –
