🦊 Sichuan style fried greens with minced Tempeh 🦊
Been asked for some high protein, low carb vegan meal ideas! This tempeh from @impulsefoods is AMAZING!
1. Trim and shred 8 brussel sprouts, use a non stick pan and dry fry until well browned
2. Add in 100g of green beans, alomg with 2tsp of chilli flakes, some peppercorns, 30g grated ginger and 20ml of tamari.
3. Crumble up the @impulsefoods tempeh and stir fry for 10 minutes. Adding in some boiling water if it looks to dry 🙂
Serves 2 and each portion is 24g of protein, 12g of carbs, 7g of fat and 219 calories 🙂
