🦊 Protein Wagon Wheel Slice 🦊

I really wanted these to look amazing but presentation has never been my strong point 🤣

For the base you will need to mix one scoop of chocolate @rawsportofficial ,,20g of flour (i used buckwheat), 20g of @vitalite , some baking powder and a bit of water. Bake for 30 mins and leave to cool

For the marshmallow layer, mix 50g of @kokodairyfree cream cheese, 1 scoop of salted caramel @rawsportofficial and 15ml of @alpro coconut milk and chill

For the jam heat up 10 strawberries and mash with a fork and add in 2 tablespoons of chia seeds. Stir well 🙂

For the chocolate layer melt 25g of dark chocolate and 2g of coconut oil – you can melt more to cover the top better, if you have the macros

Once the base is cool, add the marshmallow layer, the jam and the chocolate and freeze for 2-4 hours!
