Chocolate courgette yoghurt Loaf


  • 113g of rolled oats
  • 195g No added sugar soya yoghurt( Alpro)
  • 200g grated courgette
  • 40g Cacao powder (I used Choc Chick)
  • 8 packets of Whole Leaf Stevia
  • 35g of coconut oil
  • 30g of vegan chocolate broken into pieces (i used MooFree)
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder and a pinch of salt

  • Method
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees
  2. Mix all ingredients together, leave half of the chocolate for the topping
  3. Place in a loaf tin and scatter half of the broken chocolate on top
  4. Bake for 50 minutes or until crispy on the top 🙂

Cut into ten pieces
