Blackberry Chia Jam

Recipe

450g of frozen blackberries

3 tablespoons of chia seeds

2 tablespoons of agave nectar/ fruit syrup (stevia if you would like less calories)

  1. Bring the blackberries to boil and then simmer for around five minutes, stirring well.
  2. Add in the syrup and chia seeds
  3. Simmer for another five minutes until the jam thickens.
  4. Leave to cool

You can use any berries to make this jam and then I love to use it to top my oat cookies or breakfast bars 🙂
