Recipe
450g of frozen blackberries
3 tablespoons of chia seeds
2 tablespoons of agave nectar/ fruit syrup (stevia if you would like less calories)
- Bring the blackberries to boil and then simmer for around five minutes, stirring well.
- Add in the syrup and chia seeds
- Simmer for another five minutes until the jam thickens.
- Leave to cool
You can use any berries to make this jam and then I love to use it to top my oat cookies or breakfast bars 🙂
