Just add half a courgette to your normal amount of oats, add slightly less water than normal and cook as normal! On the hove or in the microwave! Then add your desired toppings🦊🦊🦊🦊🦊🦊🦊🦊🦊🦊

Great way to add volume and bulk out your oats if you are dieting and to get extra greens in too!

A lot of people will tell you, you can’t taste the courgette. I won’t lie to you peeps, you can taste it, it alters the texture the teeniest amount but its such a small change and it’s totaly worth it! It’s so quick and easy too!
